After one of my many ear infections at the age of six, I told my mom that I wanted to be a doctor. The rest is history! I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Maryland and went on to medical school at the University of Arizona. I followed my husband to Phoenix and completed a residency at the Phoenix Hospitals Affiliated Pediatrics Program. I am a board certified pediatrician and have enjoyed practicing the art of pediatric medicine in a private practice setting since 1998. I am married with three lively, happy children – Ray (13), Chloe (10), and Evan (9).

I have always wanted to work with children.- While an undergraduate at Arizona State University obtaining my bachelors in psychology, I was a preschool teacher's assistant, did research with children, and was a cognitive-behavioral therapist for children with autism. I determined that medicine would be the best way for me to combine my loves of children and science and went to the University of Arizona for medical school. I love Arizona, so I stayed for the Phoenix Children's Hosptial-Maricopa Medical Center Pediatric Residency program. I am married with two little princesses, Clara (8) and Aubrey (4).
